Aluminum/Steel closed-end rivets offer greater tensile and shear strength than open-end rivets and provide much better mandrel retention as well as leakage resistance. Meeting the IFI specification 126, the rivet bodies are aluminum alloy with carbon steel mandrels, both having a protective coating.
